Go New York, Go New York, GO!

Being a New Yorker, I've been listening to the Knicks theme song a lot these days.

For the first time in more than 50 years, the New York Knicks have brought a championship back to New York. As I watched their playoff run, one thing stood out to me: their never-quit, never-give-up attitude.

But there was something else that really caught my attention—the Knicks' bench and role players.

It made me think:

Stars matter, but depth wins championships.

The Knicks certainly have star players, but championships are won when everyone contributes. The same principle applies to lead generation.

A canvass team can't depend on one superstar producing all the leads. The strongest organizations have solid performers throughout the lineup. When every canvasser generates just a few extra appointments each week, production explodes.

Too many canvass teams rely on one or two people to carry the load. That may work for a short period of time, but it's not a championship formula.

The best lead generation teams develop depth. They train consistently, hold one another accountable, and create an environment where everyone contributes. Some team members may generate more leads than others, but every appointment matters and every contribution counts.

Championship teams aren't built on individual effort alone. They're built on a group of people pulling in the same direction and embracing their role.

The Knicks proved that this season.

And the same lesson applies to every canvass team in America.

When everyone contributes, the team wins.
